Our Story

 Los Mayas Eternos, founded by Photographer and Archeologist, Pedro Augustin Tec Chim, who has been working in Mayan communities for over 15 years. In 2020 he began his non profit Los Mayas Eternos to assist with the agricultural losses incurred by Hurricane Ida. Since then LME has grown its programs to include distribution of food, medicine, clothing and blankets as well as repairing and building bathrooms, roofs and wells.  Los Mayas Eternos provides services in all of Yucatan Mexico
